By downloading or using MindMelt (the "App"), provided by Heather D Crouch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, or use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You keep all rights to the content you create in the App. You give us a limited permission to store, sync, and display it back to you solely to operate the App for you; we claim no other rights to it and do not use it for advertising.
The App itself — its design, text, and software — belongs to Heather D Crouch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from it, except where the law expressly allows.
MindMelt is an educational and informational tool. Its content and any guidance it computes are provided for general information only and are not medical or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions, and never rely on the App in an emergency.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, circumvent its purchase or security mechanisms, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heather D Crouch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after it.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
