The generator refuses to ask about the two tube/tracer collisions TIA-598-D never settled rather than grading a technician on a manufacturer's choice. Ranks run Apprentice to Fiber Master on measured accuracy and speed, and the share card says in as many words that it is a drill achievement and not a certification. Free keeps every mode, every rank and the whole reference - the standard is Googleable and paywalling it is this category's worst habit; Pro sells the computed layer. Common topics
Account & sign-in — create an account with your email; reach out if you have trouble signing in.

Reminders not arriving — check that notifications are allowed for the App in Settings → Notifications, that a Focus mode isn't silencing them, and that a reminder is switched on in the App.
Purchases & refunds
Cancelling a subscription — on your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Paid, but the upgrade isn't showing? — make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with, and to the same account in the App, then tap Restore Purchases in the App.
