By downloading or using Essence Journal (the "App"), provided by Heather Sherry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement.
Essence Journal is an educational and informational tool. Its content and any guidance it computes are provided for general information only and are not medical or mental-health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions, and never rely on the App in an emergency.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heather Sherry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
