WinNudge
Every other routine app asks how long a step takes and then holds you to the guess. WinNudge never asks — it times each step while you do it, keeps your own median, and lays those measured widths along a deck that ends at a real deadline: the door, the bus, lights out. The first tab is one instrument, the Runway, with exactly one lit thing on it: the block that is next. The one number is Slack, in whole minutes, signed, and nothing in it was typed by you — when it goes negative the app names the optional steps that would get you there rather than telling you to hurry. There is no streak anywhere in the product. Progress is Lift: an automaticity curve fitted over repetitions, which is monotone by construction and cannot be broken by a bad Tuesday, plus a kept rate over a rolling window. Up to six people live on one adult-owned account, each with their own runway and their own win ledger — no child ever signs in, no photograph is stored, and there is no shared score to lose. The whole timing engine, the Runway, guided playback and the Lift number are free forever, and every routine you have already built keeps running whether or not you subscribe — which is the loudest complaint in this category, answered on the paywall itself.
