By downloading or using Snake Sudoku (the "App"), provided by Nancy Velayo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Who may use the App
You must be old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, or use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your content and ours
You keep all rights to the content you create in the App. You give us a limited permission to store, sync, and display it back to you solely to operate the App for you; we claim no other rights to it and do not use it for advertising.
The App itself — its design, text, and software — belongs to Nancy Velayo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from it, except where the law expressly allows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, circumvent its purchase or security mechanisms, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nancy Velayo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
Parties. These Terms are between you and Nancy Velayo only, not Apple. Nancy Velayo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of license. Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service (including Family Sharing where supported).
Maintenance and support. Nancy Velayo is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
Warranty. Nancy Velayo is responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Product claims. Nancy Velayo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the App or your possession or use of it infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, Nancy Velayo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the App.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after it.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
