Common topics
No account needed — open the App and start; there is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember.
Where your data lives — everything you enter stays on your device, so it is private by default and works with no signal. It does not appear on your other devices, and a new phone starts fresh.
Erasing your data — the in-app "start over" control wipes everything from the device. It cannot be undone, because we hold no copy.
Devices — the App is designed for iPhone.
Reminders not arriving — check that notifications are allowed for the App in Settings → Notifications, that a Focus mode isn't silencing them, and that a reminder is switched on in the App.
Purchases & refunds
Cancelling a subscription — on your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Paid, but the upgrade isn't showing? — make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with, then tap Restore Purchases in the App.
Refunds — Apple handles App Store refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them directly, but we're glad to help.
