By downloading or using Sweet Pea: Pregnancy Tracker (the "App"), provided by Joshua Weber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement.
Sweet Pea: Pregnancy Tracker is an educational and informational tool. Its content and any guidance it computes are provided for general information only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions, and never rely on the App in an emergency.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Current prices are shown in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joshua Weber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
