Terms of Service

By downloading or using SideHustle Navigator (the "App"), provided by Rachel L. Jackson, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Who may use the App

You must be old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, or use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your content and ours

You keep all rights to the content you create in the App. You give us a limited permission to store, sync, and display it back to you, and to process it when you use the App's AI feature, solely to operate the App for you; we claim no other rights to it and do not use it for advertising.

The App itself — its design, text, and software — belongs to Rachel L. Jackson or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from it, except where the law expressly allows.

Informational use only

SideHustle Navigator is an educational and informational tool. Its content and any guidance it computes are provided for general information only and are not financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions, and never rely on the App in an emergency.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, circumvent its purchase or security mechanisms, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions & purchases

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Current prices are shown in the App.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it on your device in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

If the App offers a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

If we change the App in a way that materially reduces what an active subscription includes, we will say so in the App or on this page before the change takes effect.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, which is the merchant of record, so refunds are handled under Apple's policies — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly, but we are glad to help where we can.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachel L. Jackson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:

• Parties. These Terms are between you and Rachel L. Jackson only, not Apple. Rachel L. Jackson, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Scope of license. Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service (including Family Sharing where supported).
• Maintenance and support. Rachel L. Jackson is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
• Warranty. Rachel L. Jackson is responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Product claims. Rachel L. Jackson, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
• Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the App or your possession or use of it infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, Rachel L. Jackson, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about the App go to Rachel L. Jackson at jacksonmarketing.com@gmail.com.
• Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the App.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after it.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
