Your simple daily meal support for GLP-1. Tiny Appetite helps women on Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic answer the hardest daily question — what can I eat right now? Tap how you feel (nauseous, low appetite, constipated, food aversions) and get gentle, protein-first food and drink ideas tailored to your symptoms and the foods you already tolerate. Log what you eat and how it sat, and Tiny Appetite builds your personal list of foods that felt good, tracks your protein, fiber and hydration in a living Nourish Bowl, and surfaces which foods sit well over time. Curated GLP-1 meal plans, a smoothie builder and a gentle Kitchen Guide round it out. Warm, supportive and never a calorie count — general food-comfort wellness, not medical advice.
