The health companion built for the way you actually work. Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it. Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement against an age-banded step target, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Every point is traceable to something you logged, and tapping the score shows the arithmetic. The part no other desk-fitness app does is The Next Climb: Movescore runs the scoring backwards to find the cheapest single action that would lift you into the next band, and says it in plain language — 'an eight-minute walk gets you to 71'. Today's Lift draws your day as a climb across four coloured bands so you can see exactly which hour earned what, with a dashed arc projecting where that next action would take you. The targets are not invented: the step goal follows the Lancet Public Health meta-analysis that found benefit levels off around eight thousand steps under sixty and seven thousand after, not the marketing figure of ten thousand; the break rhythm follows the trial that found five minutes every thirty is the dose that matters; the hydration target follows the National Academies' intake numbers rather than 'eight glasses'. The Resets library holds short sixty-to-ninety-second routines for neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs, each with named steps and a timer, sorted for where you actually are — at a desk, in a hotel room, at a departure gate or in a seat on a plane — and the app tracks which parts of you have not been covered this week. Travel Mode is the piece built for a diary full of flights: it moves the day boundary and every reminder to the destination time zone so crossing zones can never break a streak, adjusts your targets for the intensity of the trip, and estimates how long the adjustment will take. Reminders fire from your actual state, not a fixed clock — only inside the working hours you set, only when you are behind, and never twice. Everything that makes the app worth opening is free, including your whole history and a real CSV export; the subscription buys the weekly report, the longer trends, the pattern finder and the full travel playbook.
